How To Use F.O.X Jelly Gel Nail Polish
Prepare The Nails
Remove oils and moisture from the nails using F.O.X Nail Prep. Then apply F.O.X Ultrabond (acid-free primer) for added adhesion.
Base Layer
Apply an elastic base like F.O.X Power Base evenly onto the nail. Next, cure under a 36W UV lamp for 1 minute or a 36/48W LED/UV lamp for 30 seconds.
Nail Repair
Apply a thin layer of Jelly Gel to damaged areas using a fine brush. Then, shape the gel carefully and cure under a 36W UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or a 48W UV lamp for 2–4 minutes. Repeat as needed for the desired strength and shape.
Extensions Using Paper Forms
Place the paper form securely under the free edge of the nail. Apply layers of Jelly Gel, curing each layer until you get the desired length. Then, remove the form and file the nail into shape.
Extensions Using Dual Forms
Select the correct dual form size for each nail. Fill the dual form with F.O.X Jelly Nails and press it onto the natural nail. Then, cure under a UV lamp for 2–3 minutes or 2–4 minutes under an LED/UV lamp. Remove the dual form and shape as needed using a hand file or nail drill. You can apply a topcoat or gel polish if your client prefers.
