Warranty Policy:

At F.O.X Nails USA, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade equipment. All nail drill machines purchased directly from our official website are covered under the following warranty terms:

Warranty Coverage

• Warranty Period
  All nail drill machines include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
• Covered Under Warranty
  This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use, including but not limited to:
• Internal motor failure
• Malfunctioning speed or power controls
• Non-responsive power switch
• PCB or controller failure

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage, including drops, spills, or electrical surges
• Improper maintenance or misuse, such as:
• Operating the device without required filters
• Failure to clean or lubricate the handpiece
• Build-up of dust, dirt, or debris causing internal faults
• Neglect of regular maintenance required by the device manual
• Use of non-original or third-party parts/accessories
• Normal wear and tear components:
• Handpiece bearings
• Dust collector filters
• Brushes (if applicable)
• Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or modifications
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces
• Serial number mismatches or removed serial tags
• Damage during return shipping due to poor packaging
• Misuse, negligence, or use outside manufacturer guidelines
• Machines in heavily contaminated or dirty condition, where malfunction is caused by lack of regular cleaning

Maintenance Disclaimer

• Maintenance is not covered under warranty.
  It is the customer’s responsibility to perform regular cleaning and maintenance according to the user manual provided with the device.
• If professional maintenance or repair is needed, we offer a flat-fee service for inspection and cleaning $55 including 2 way shipping
  Contact support to request this service if your machine requires deep cleaning or servicing outside of warranty coverage.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, contact us with your original email with:

1. Your order number #*****
2. The device’s serial number
3. A description of the issue
4. A short video clearly showing:
• The defect or issue
• The serial number on the device

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

Repair or Replacement Process

If your product is found to be defective:

• We will provide a free repair or replacement, after vendor confirmation.
• The defective unit may need to be returned before replacement is issued.
• For out-of-warranty issues, a flat diagnostic and repair fee applies starting at $50 + shipping.

 

Shipping Terms

• Within 30 days of purchase: return shipping is complimentary.
• After 30 days: customers are responsible for shipping to our repair center.
• We will cover return shipping back to the customer for all approved warranty repairs.

Vendor Processing Timeline

• All warranty cases are submitted to the original vendor.
• If factory repair or inspection is required, we will inform you of the timeline.
• If the vendor authorizes full replacement, we will provide the same model (or equivalent) at no cost.

Extended Warranty Options

We offer optional Extended Warranties on select products:

• 2-Year Extended Warranty: Total coverage for 2 years from the date of purchase
• 3-Year Extended Warranty: Total coverage for 3 years from the date of purchase

Extended warranties cover the same scope as the original manufacturer warranty. All exclusions listed in this policy still apply.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty and maintenance claims.

This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from F.O.X Nails USA and used within the United States. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the conditions stated above.
