Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders made before 12:00 PM EST are processed on the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays as our shipping carriers are unavailable.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1 business day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Customers outside the U.S. (especially Canada) may be required to pay import fees on orders over $20 Make sure to provide a valid email to receive the payment request from UPS.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

F.O.X Nails USA LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged due to the carrier, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will replace the damaged items as soon as possible. Photos of the damage are required for processing a replacement.
