Chemical disposable indicators with an adhesive layer on the back of the indicator, covered with protective paper. Designed for rapid visual monitoring of compliance with critical parameters of steam and/or air sterilization.
– belong to the 4th class;
– are placed in the sterilizer chamber from the outside of the products to be sterilized;
– the adhesive layer on the reverse side of the indicator facilitates its attachment to sterilization bags during the sterilization process and allows it to be pasted into the record book after the sterilization procedure is completed;
– non-toxic, do not contain lead compounds, do not emit harmful and toxic components during use and storage;
– warranty period – 36 months.
The quality of sterilization is evaluated by visual comparison of the color of the indicator layer with the color of the reference. Reference colors are marked on the indicator.
Temperature and time at which the indicator is activated:
– air sterilization 180°C / 60 min
– steam sterilization 132°C / 20 min
