1. Nail Preparation:

• Apply F.O.X Nail Prep to the prepared nail to remove oils and moisture.
• Use F.O.X Ultrabond – an acid-free primer for extra adhesion.

2. Base Layer:

• It’s recommended to apply an elastic base (such as F.O.X Power Base) for better adhesion and strength. Apply evenly across the nail, ensuring coverage along the sidewalls.
• Cure in a 36W UV lamp for 1 minute or in a 36/48W LED/UV lamp for 30 seconds.

Nail Repair Using F.O.X Jelly Gel:

• For repairing broken corners or damaged areas, apply a small amount of Jelly Gel directly to the affected area.
• Use a fine brush or spatula to carefully shape and build the missing corners or fill in the broken sections, ensuring the gel is applied evenly.
• Cure in a 36W UV lamp for 2-3 minutes or in a 36/48W LED/UV lamp for 2-4 minutes.
• Repeat if necessary to build the nail to the desired shape and strength.

Nail Repair or Extension Using Paper Forms:

• Position the lower paper form securely under the free edge of the nail.
• Apply a thin first layer of F.O.X Jelly Gel to the natural nail and extend it onto the paper form to begin building the length and shape.
• Cure in a 36W UV lamp for 2-3 minutes or in a 36/48W LED/UV lamp for 2-4 minutes.
• Apply additional layers of F.O.X Jelly Gel, curing each layer after application until the desired length and shape are achieved.
• Remove the paper form and file the nail to the desired shape.

Nail Extension Using Dual Forms:

• Select the appropriate dual form size for each nail.
• Fill the dual form with F.O.X Jelly Gel, ensuring an even layer.
• Gently press the dual form onto the natural nail, removing any excess gel around the edges.
• Cure in a 36W UV lamp for 2-3 minutes or in a 36/48W LED/UV lamp for 2-4 minutes.
• Carefully remove the dual form, leaving the hardened gel structure on the nail.
• File and shape the nail to your desired finish.

4. Final Shaping and Finishing:

• Use a hand file or nail drill to shape and refine the nail.
• The nail is now ready for gel polish or topcoat application.

Removal:
To remove, file off the gel using a hand file or nail drill.

Pro Tips: Keep gel jars clean by cutting a small opening in the foil instead of peeling it off — it prevents leaks and accidental curing. Bonus: use the foil edge to wipe off excess product for mess-free application!
