Apply VOLUME BLUE FIXER evenly to the brows, gently positioning the hairs in the desired direction.
Leave the fixer on for 7–8 minutes, regardless of hair type.
Remove the product using a cotton pad dampened with water or toner.

4. Post-care:

Always use professional tools for precise and even product application.
