How to use

1. Prepare the surface of the nail with a buff and apply degreasing agent F.O.X Nano Dehydrator Nail Prep.

2. Apply F.O.X's Ultrabond, an acid-free primer for extra adhesion.

Before applying F.O.X Cover Base Tonal, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of elastic base coat (ex. Power Base)

3. Apply on the entire nail plate with an even layer of F.O.X Cover Base Tonal, if strengthening and leveling is necessary use "drop method"

4. Polymerize in a UV lamp 36W – 2 minutes, LED / UV lamp 36 / 48W – 30-60 seconds.

The nail is ready to be covered with color gel polish or top.

Remove with F.O.X Gel Remover for 10 min or with machine.

Pro Tips: Keep gel jars clean by cutting a small opening in the foil instead of peeling it off — it prevents leaks and accidental curing. Bonus: use the foil edge to wipe off excess product for mess-free application!

F.O.X Cover Base Tonal 012 in a 30 ml pot is a medium-viscosity rubber BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) base in a soft milky white shade. Ideal for gel polish application and soft, natural-looking French sets, it self-levels effortlessly, making it easy to build a smooth apex and perfect nail architecture without running or streaking.

These semi-hard gel builder bases provide the right amount of strength and flexibility, making them perfect for short to medium natural nail lengths. The formula reinforces weak or damaged nails, smooths the surface, and helps prevent chipping, cracking, or lifting.

The milky white camouflage tone gives nails a fresh, clean finish while subtly masking imperfections in the natural nail plate.
