Spent about $400 and even cut my desk to install this. It worked briefly, then suction became extremely weak and now dust flies everywhere on me and my clients. I followed all maintenance (new filters, cleaned/washed as instructed) and nothing helped. After endless back-and-forth, it felt blamed on “user error.” Expensive and disappointing. Do not recommend.

We’d like to clarify that our team, together with the manufacturer (Ulka), has been actively working with you to resolve this. Based on the information and videos provided, no clear technical issue with the unit was identified. We also shared recommendations that can significantly affect dust capture, including hand positioning and directing the airflow during work.
At the moment, we’re still waiting for your response (for 2 month) to the manufacturer’s request to check the side airflow of the unit. This step is important to determine whether the issue is related to the device itself or to airflow conditions in the table setup.
