How to use

Mix FLASH TINT with ÉLAN Oxidant 1% (for Brow Gel Tint) or Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% (for standard tinting) in a non-metallic container in a 1:1 ratio.

Apply ÉLAN Skin Protector 2.0 around the brow or lash area to prevent skin staining.
Using the ÉLAN FACE 27 or FACE 34 brush, apply the tint mixture evenly to brows or lashes in a thick layer.
Allow processing for 5–15 minutes depending on the desired color intensity and hair type.
Remove the tint with a dry brush first, then use a cotton pad moistened with water to clean the area thoroughly.
Apply ÉLAN Colour Fix 2.0 to lock in the color and extend the result.
Perform a final check and clean up any skin staining with a precision cotton swab.

PRECAUTIONS

Mix only the amount needed — do not store mixed product.
Always perform a patch test 48 hours before the first use.
Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately with water if contact occurs.
Not for use if client has open skin lesions, rashes, or allergies to tinting ingredients.
