F.O.X Shine Gel Aurora 002 is a pearl-finish liquid builder gel designed to reinforce the natural nail.

No buffing needed — it self-levels beautifully, smooths out imperfections, and gives structure to both short and long nails. With its thinner consistency, it applies like a dream, doesn’t shrink or warp during wear, and keeps that gorgeous glossy pearl shine right up to the next fill.

For best adhesion, apply over a thin layer of a flexible base like Base Rubber or Base Power before building.

How to use

Standard preparation of the nail plate

1. Buff the nail.

2. Degrease the nail with Nano Dehydrator Nail Prep.

3. Apply Ultrabond non-acid primer.

4. Apply the first layer of elastic base: F.O.X Base Rubber or F.O.X Base Power.

5. Cure in a 36W UV lamp for 2 minutes, UV36/48W LED lamp for 60 seconds.

6. Apply the F.O.X Shine Gel Aurora all over the nail, if reinforcement and leveling is needed, use the drip method.

7. Cure under a 36W UV lamp - 2 minutes; under a 48W LED/UV lamp - 60-120 sec. (depending on the amount of material).

Remove the sticky layer with a dust-free cotton swab and the F.O.X Cleanser. File

8. Apply any F.O.X color gel or F.O.X Top.

9. Cure in a 36W UV lamp – 2 min., LED/UV lamp 36/48W 60 sec.

Additional recommendations: If the client wants to leave the nails without a color gel coating varnish, after drying the Shine GeI, a top coat should be applied.

If you wish cover with gel varnishes, or make a design, for a better and clean result lines, we recommend removing the dispersion layer first.

Remove with the use of a nail drill or a file.

Pro Tips: Keep gel jars clean by cutting a small opening in the foil instead of peeling it off — it prevents leaks and accidental curing. Bonus: use the foil edge to wipe off excess product for mess-free application!
