– Fill in the shape using short, hair-like lines.
– Define and sharpen for a clean, structured look.

• Powder Brows:
– Lightly fill in the brows using soft, sweeping motions.
– Concentrate pigment in the middle and tail for a diffused gradient.
– Blend with a spoolie to soften edges and evenly distribute color.

• Ombre Effect:
– Start with a lighter shade at the front of the brow.
– Gradually deepen the color toward the tail using a darker shade.
– Blend well for a smooth transition.

3. Set the Shape:
