During removal, two types of dust are produced:

• Heavier debris (that falls straight down onto the table)
That’s why it’s essential to direct the dust flow toward the collector.
For best results:
Position the dust collector at an angle, on the opposite side of your working hand during removal. This ensures better suction and keeps your workspace cleaner and safer.
Important for Pedicure Use
To ensure your DUO PRO dust collector operates at full power during pedicure procedures:
Rotate the device head as shown in the picture.
The airflow must be directed downward — toward the foot treatment area.
This is the only way to achieve:

It elevates their hands, helping you maintain proper posture and reduce back strain.
Avoid leaning too low or pressing your arms into the table while doing detailed work.
Between clients, remember to stretch and do simple back and neck exercises.
PRODUCT REMOVAL
For effective removal, set your e-file speed to 25,000–30,000 RPM.
This gives particles more inertia, helping them form a directional flow — which you should guide toward the dust collector.
Any debris sticking to your gloves due to static can be easily removed by gently wiping your palm across the intake surface.
