HOW TO USE

1. After application and polymerization of colored gel polish, cover the entire surface of the nail plate with Top Power

2. Cure in a UV lamp (36W) for 2 minutes, LED/UV lamp (36/48W) for 60 seconds.

3. Apply Dry Cuticle Oil Oasis
